Vite (VITE) is a next-generation reactive blockchain that aims to empower dApps with ultra-high throughput and scalability, by leveraging a message-driven, asynchronous architecture and a DAG-based ledger.
On September 30, Vite launched five products: Vite Web Wallet, Vite iOS App (which includes a wallet function), Vite Block Explorer, Vite Store, and Vite Pay.
- Vite Web Wallet
Vite Web Wallet is faster and more convenient than traditional desktop wallet. This is a light wallet based on HD structure, which can generate Vite account, with the functions of querying account balance, sending transaction, default signing transaction, etc. The ability to check for tokens issued on the Vite system has also been added.
- Vite iOS App
The Vite App is a Vite light wallet with HD structure and supports the Vite Test Net.
- Vite Block Explorer
The Vite block explorer is a website that queries Vite network transaction information (a preview version was released in August 2018). Currently, it supports accounts, tokens, transactions, snapshot block queries, and a list of basic stats. The new version of the block browser supports the display of statistical information, token inquiries, and DAG ledger structure visualization function. The information display is more intuitive.
- Vite Store
Vite Store is an online shopping site that sells Vite merchandise and accepts payment over the Vite Test Net. Vite Pay is a technology embedded within Vite Store, responsible for the payment function of product purchase work. At the time of payment, the website will be directed to Vite Pay.
- Vite Pay
Vite Pay is a technology embedded within Vite Store, responsible for the payment function of product purchase work. At the time of payment, the website will be directed to Vite Pay.
According to Vite Twitter, Vite will have demo smart contracts out in October.
