On December 17, a crypto exchange Bibox acquired the decentralized exchange DEx.top.

Bibox is a crypto exchange founded by Jeffery Lei, co-founder of OKCoin, in November 2017. Currently, Bibox has operation centers in more than 10 countries and regions including Estonia, the US, Switzerland, Singapore, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea.
DEx.top is a decentralized Ethereum-token exchange platform based on smart contracts which was launched in May 2018.
