On August 16, a cryptocurrency exchange Bibox announced an acquisition of Chain Capital, a Swiss digital asset fund management company that owns VQF license.
This acquisition means that Bibox is qualified to launch fiat-crypto currency business in Europe.
Chain Capital was established in July 2017, the headquarter of which is located in Zurich, the financial center of Switzerland. It is a quality company dedicated to offering solutions for finance and technology market utilizing world-class technology.
VQF, aka “Financial Services Standards Association”, is an association that offers comprehensive and standardized notarization services for Swiss finance agents. VQF is a require license to operate blockchain-related business in Switzerland.
