On September 19, Dunamu Inc., operator of South Korea’s leading cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, said it plans to launch a digital currency exchange in Singapore next month.
Though the exact date of the launch is yet to be fixed, the service in Singapore will be available starting early October, according to the company.
“As Singapore has proactively supported blockchain technology, our advancement into the nation will help us secure many chances to lead a variety of relevant projects and to have global competitiveness,” – said Kim Kook-hyun, head of Upbit’s Singaporean branch.
