While Elon is busy publishing on Twitter and manipulating the cryptocurrency market, in the city of Semyonov, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Tesla Model X was painted in the traditional Russian style of Khokhloma painting!
A video with the process of drawing on an electric car appeared in the “Typical Nizhny Novgorod” community. In the video, the artist applies drawings to the body of the Tesla, after which the local resident Anastasia Abramova invites Elon Musk.
“Elon Musk, come to visit us, to Nizhny Novgorod. We will welcome you warmly. Our bathhouse is also warm – you will take a steam bath, everyone is friendly here. It’s very good in the village, you will like it, you probably wouldn’t want to leave, ” says Anastasia.
Social networks reacted positively to the news. The event was held with the participation of the local enterprise “Zolotaya Khokhloma”, which produces accessories in the traditional Russian style. The city of Semyonov, like the entire Nizhny Novgorod region, is considered the capital of this artistic Russian tradition.
This is not the first high-profile collaboration of brands with Khokhloma. This style of painting is now in trend and is gaining more and more popularity not only in Russia but also in Europe and Asia.
Earlier, the Khokhloma painting on the plane was made for British Airways.
