Grayscale Investments’ assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies, have reached $19 billion.
At the beginning of November 2020, the cost of capital under the management of Grayscale was $7.6 billion, on December 15 it reached $13 billion. And today, Barry Silbert posted on Twitter about an increase to $19 billion. Thus, the investment capital of Grayscale has grown 2.5 times in just 2 months.
The bulk of the company’s assets is formed by the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust. According to Bybt, this fund contains 607,140 BTC with a total value of $16.26 billion.The Grayscale Ethereum Trust is the second in terms of capital, consisting of 2.94 million ETH worth $2.16 billion.
The company allocated the rest of the capital to Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum Classic trust funds.
