Neufund (NEU) is an equity fundraising platform on the blockchain.
On July 19, Neufund announced a collaboration with MSX, an innovation vehicle of the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE), and a partnership with Binance, one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges globally. The aim is to create a regulated and decentralized, global stock exchange for listing and trading tokenized securities alongside crypto-assets. The collaboration is yet another addition to the Blockchain Island ecosystem located in Malta, an EU member state.
Together with its partners Neufund aims to conduct a pilot project later in 2018 which will include the public offering of tokenized equity on Neufund’s primary market which may later be tradable on Binance and other crypto exchanges pending regulatory and listing approvals.
