Tyler Winklevoss Supports Zcash

Founder and CEO of Gemini Tyler Winklevoss has supported the Zcash cryptocurrency, the main feature of which is a high level of anonymity.

Since early January, US cryptocurrency exchange Bittrex has announced the delisting of several coins, including Dash, Monero, and ZCash. Since the official reasons for this decision were not announced, users attribute this to the growing attention of regulators to anonymous coins.

All trading pairs with the above cryptocurrencies will disappear from Bittrex on January 15th. Thus, the exchange may try to avoid future problems with regulators.

Amid this news, Gemini founder and CEO Tyler Winklevoss expressed his support for the Zcash project, calling it “the most underrated crypto”:

In a discussion that started after the entrepreneur’s tweet, users supported this statement. The commentators agreed that anonymous coins are very useful for those who do not want to disclose information about the amount of their money.

Despite the upcoming delisting from Bittrex, the value of the ZCash cryptocurrency has not decreased. And another coin from this list, Monero, even went up in price.
