Maria Minaricova is leading the business development at and serves as chair of the board of the Blockchain for Europe association; working on the development of state-of-the-art ICT applications using AI and blockchain, and supporting European policymakers in their goal to make blockchain technology a success.

Maria has an extensive career in the IT field, having worked in senior management and consulting roles at Oracle and GÉANT previously.

2. Blanca Zutta (Crypto Valley Association)

Blanca Zutta has a strong experience in leading cross-functional technology projects at the World Trade Organization. She is an active member of the stablecoins and CBDC & monetary policy task forces of the Crypto Valley Association, and a member of the Advisory group on Advanced Technologies in Trade and Logistics at the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business. With an MBA thesis on “Key factors of success for an Initial Coin Offering”, Blanca has over 15 years of experience in technology, digital transformation and digital marketing.
